They had bought an industrial building in West Oakland and wanted to transform it into a dynamic, multi-purpose space on a tight budget and in a short time frame, a goal that the firm was successfully able to accomplish. The scope of the project included crafting a new wood-covered communal kitchen and custom furniture pieces to add visual interest to the space.
